3s did well to keep Gordonians under 200, claiming 8 bowling points as they restricted the visitors to 191 for 8. Talha Navaid was the pick of the bowlers with 3 for 35, while Ghafoor claimed 2 for 31. Unfortunately as has been the case on a few occasions this season, the batting failed to fire at all and 3s were bundled out for just 36 in 11 overs, only Navaid making double figures. Given some challenges on availability it was always going to be tough but a number of players should return next week and 3s were boosted by the return of Grammar stalwart Ian Johnston which was a welcome sight.
