On the Countesswells astro, wickets are often hard to come by and this proved to be the case as the home sided made good progress throughout their innings posting a very competitive score, Sivaram (69) and Pranav (70) Gollakota and Umesh Basavaraju (56) all recording half centuries. In fact at 209 for 2, Grammar did well  to restrict the total to 228, Naveed Ahmad with a tidy 2 for 25. Kamran Quraishi also did well with 1 for 32 from 7 and various other bowlers chipping in.

In the chase, Grammar made a decent start reaching 43 for no wicket before Ansari (14) and Siddiq (0) fell. This allowed Suleman Quraishi and Masood to combine in a 102 run stand before Kamran Quraishi and Kashif (23) offered great support to help Grammar home for another important win.
