New Grass Square at Rubislaw – assistance needed

As you are probably aware we have permission to reinstall a grass wicket at Rubislaw, but we need volunteers to help with the effort.

We are planning on doing the renovation works of the square from Sun 25th August and Mon, Tues & Wed nights.  We require volunteers (min of 5-6 each night) to help out with leveling the square and seeding/shifting stuff about.  Also, it would be useful if people were to appropriately dressed i.e. hard toed boots/hi-vis stuff/gloves etc, if people don’t have this then we can supply.

Also, if people have any of the following that we can borrow that would be helpful:

• Wheelbarrows
• General      tools – Spades, rakes, hoes etc
• Garden      hoses – will be required for a few weeks until the grass germinates
