FPs suffered yet another washout as torrential rain ruined this afternoon’s game, this time at Crathie. Unlike other matches in the area the rain did not arrive at Crathie until just after 130, meaning there was 12 overs of play possible in which Crathie made slow progress to 18 for 1, Lord claiming the only wicket, Morrison taking the simplest of catches at slip.
The much expected rain then arrived and after deciding there was no chance of further play the game was called off at around 3pm, as FPs made the long trip home, once again defeated by the weather.
