Once again FPs were left to kick their heels as heavy overnight rain washed out their trip to Banchory. However, with Queens Cross only drawing, they were able to extend their lead at the top marginally with next week’s opponents Methlick now up to 2nd. FPs face a tough double header this coming weekend as they travel to Methlick on Saturday in the league before facing Fraserburgh in the cup on Sunday.
A look at the leagues however, makes good reading for the club as after a slow start to the season 2nd FPs now sit proudly on top of grade 4. It is therefore unfortunate that they have no game for the next two weeks due to scheduling and being out of the cup.
